United States v. Steele

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announced a guilty plea by a carbon credit company’s chief operations officer to charges of wire fraud conspiracy, commodities fraud conspiracy, and securities fraud conspiracy in connection with a carbon credit fraud scheme. The U.S. Attorney said the defendant was cooperating in the prosecution of two other company executives.
