    05/19/2010 Complaint Download Complaint filed. Several environmental groups filed suit against the Bureau of Land Management, alleging that it failed to consider the environmental impact of its plan to authorize oil and gas development on more than three million acres of federal land in Wyoming, including its effect on climate change. The plan was approved in December 2008. According to the complaint, of the three million acres managed by the plan, only slightly more than 100,000 acres is closed to oil and gas drilling.
