11/18/2010 Order Download Order denying review issued. The EPA Environmental Appeals Board denied petitions to review a CAA permit issued by San Francisco Bay area regulators for a natural gas-fired power plant that included a cap on greenhouse gas emissions. The challenges rejected by the Appeals Board addressed non-greenhouse gas-related provisions in the permit for the facility. None of the petitions objected to the greenhouse emissions cap. The order gave the go-ahead for the first ever CAA pre-construction permit issued with limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
